All AlignMed products may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase.
AlignMed will process your refund generally within seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise.
Returned item(s) may not be washed and must be in good condition as determined by AlignMed's quality control team.
All item(s) must be returned in original packaging and with tags attached.
Item(s) marked final sale and customized orders may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
At AlignMed, we expect our products to be free of manufacturing defects. However, should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us for evaluation.
We will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items within sixty (60) days of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed are not covered by the AlignMed Warranty. Shipping costs for International returns under warranty are paid by customer. Please call us for a return label for domestic returns.
