Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing (*) of any order. Please allow additional time for delivery. This applies to orders being shipped using any offered shipping method. Any order placed on Saturday and/or holiday will be processed on the following business day. processes and ships orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Properly completed orders submitted prior to 1:00pst will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 pst will begin processing the next business day.

All AlignMed Products May Be Returned Or Exchanged Within Thirty (30) Days Of Purchase.

AlignMed will process your refund, typically within seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Return item(s) may not be washed and must be in good condition (determined by AlignMed).

Return & exchange item(s) must be returned in original packaging and tags.

Item(s) marked final sale and customized orders may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.



At AlignMed, we expect our products to be free of manufacturer defects.

However, should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us for evaluation.

We will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items within sixty (60) days of purchase. 

Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by the AlignMed Warranty.
